Since 2001, only three players drafted by the San Francisco Giants post-round-30 have made the majors (so far, at least). One of them, Doug Fister, didn't even sign with the Giants (drafted in 2003; he later was drafted and signed by the Mariners in 2006). The other two are names you probably recognize: Matt Downs and Scott Munter.

None of these names are all that interesting -- most of the pitchers, for example, are inconsistent, and have fastballs that top out in the high 80s. However, there are some names with interesting connections.
Drew Stiner, the Giants' 43rd round pick, was Dylan Bundy's catcher at Owasso High School.
The 44th round pick, Travious Relaford, is Desi Relaford's cousin. Although Desi wasn't a very good baseball player...
Sosnick, the Giants' 49th round pick, is the younger brother of Matt Sosnick, Scott Cousins' agent.
