MLB Power Rankings

Here you go, here's my list. Ranking all 30 MLB teams. This is really hard. Seriously. It's very difficult to rank all thirty teams, and I've switched it around a hundred times, but ultimately, here's what I have. My only request is that if you criticize this list, you post your own. Or not. Do whatever you want...

Julian Levine:

1. Boston Red Sox -- pitching has some issues, but I can look beyond it, because their lineup has Carl Crawford, Adrian Gonzalez, Jacoby Ellsbury, Kevin Youkilis, Dustin Pedroia, and Jed Lowrie.
2. Philadelphia Phillies -- R2C2. 'nough said.
3. New York Yankees -- More money less** problems.
4. San Francisco Giants -- reigning world champions. Solid staff, lineup is strong enough to support it.
5. St. Louis Cardinals -- nice starting four + Colby Rasmus/Matt Holliday/Albert Pujols.
6. Texas Rangers -- reigning world cha--oh wait, nevermind.
7. Atlanta Braves -- perfect opportunity for a Brooks Conrad joke....hmm...
8. Milwaukee Brewers -- Zackkkkkkkkkkkkk Greinke. Shawn MarKum. Yovani Gallardo -- awww, doesn't work.
9. Chicago White Sox -- Adam Dunn + U.S. Cellular Field = 90 home runs? Well, no. But still.
10. Los Angeles Dodgers -- expecting bounceback from Kemp, and that rotation is deep.
11. Minnesota Twins -- eh, I question their pitching.
12. Toronto Blue Jays -- expecting bounceback seasons from Aaron Hill and Adam Lind + decent offensive production from Jose Bautista.
13. Colorado Rockies -- Tulo, Cargo...rotation racks up the K's.
14. Detroit Tigers -- Milwaukee did their shopping at KMart. Detroit went to VMart. Clever, huh?
15. Chicago Cubs -- Carlos Pena > Xavier Nady.
16. Cincinnati Reds -- Eh, don't think too highly of them. I'll probably be proven wrong though.
17. New York Mets -- they're in a rebuilding stage, but I wouldn't be surprised if they actually play .500 ball.
18. Los Angeles Angels -- I'm probably underestimating that rotation: Jered Weaver, Dan Haren, Ervin Santana, Joel Piniero.
19. Tampa Bay Rays -- Carl Crawford. is. gone.
20. Florida Marlins -- Omar Infante
21. Oakland Athletics -- great BB rate, great defense. I'll probably be proven wrong here.
22. San Diego Padres -- AGon is a-gone.
23. Arizona Diamondbacks -- rebuilding stage*.
25. Baltimore Orioles -- rotation isn't pretty. After reading this, I'm starting to doubt my pick for them. But I'll stick with it.
26. Houston Astros -- rebuilding stage*.
23. Washington Nationals -- Stephen Strasburg....is....on the DL.
27. Seattle Mariners -- Hey, look at the bright side. ICHIRO...and KING FELIX.
28. Pittsburgh Pirates -- I know, I have the Pirates ranked pretty high here. But I don't know...I think they'll surprise us.
29. Kansas City Royals -- liked their decision to trade Yuniesky Betancourt.
30. Cleveland Indians -- If Shin-Soo Choo wasn't on the Indians, they would be ranked 35th.

*denotes rankings for which I couldn't think of anything remotely clever to say
**denotes bad grammar. Should be "fewer."
