I just watched this video -- found it thanks to our friends over at the Golden Sombrero -- and it's awesome. I don't know what it is. He just crushes it. I've watched this video like ten times. And that's seriously the only purpose of this post. To share this video.

Oh yeah, and at the risk of igniting a fierce debate, I'm all for Belt starting the year in AAA. If the Giants desperately need him, or if he rakes in AAA, he will be called up. No big deal. The Giants have room for error in handling Belt, so it's really not a huge problem if they don't have him on the Opening Day roster. Best case scenario: the Giants get by without Belt, he's called up late enough in the year such that he attains Super Two status, and the Giants are even more successful once Belt is called up, because he's completely ready for the majors at that point (not that he isn't right now).
